To guarantee the reservation 50% of the total tour costs has to be paid 3 months (90 days) before the trip. The final balance is required to be paid not later than 30 days prior to your date of arrival in Tanzania. If your booking is made and confirmed within 45 days of your arrival date full payment will be required immediately.
Cancellation Policy

Moreover, DaMona shall not be held responsible for occurrences that are beyond its control, such as strikes, wars, acts of God, acts of government or any other cause whatsoever beyond its control, that make the operation of the adventure impossible, unsafe, illegal or inadvisable. DaMona is not responsible for any expenses incurred by traveler in preparing for the trip, including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa or passport fees, or other trip-related expenses.

Price Range
Insurance, Liability and Responsibility
It is a condition of booking that the sole responsibility lies with the traveler to ensure that they carry the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependants and traveling companions for the duration of the trip. DaMona will take no responsibility for any costs for loss of personal luggage, money and goods, medical expenses, theft, DaMona or cancellation or curtailment of the trip.
DaMona acts only as a coordinator for the traveler with respect to services provided by underlying operators, including hotels, lodges, tented camps, restaurants, balloons, canoeing, road transport providers, professional guides, air charter services, boating, bush walking, horse safari, trekking and climbing activities.
All bookings with DaMona are therefore subject to the limitations of liability imposed by the underlying operators involved in the trip. Payment of a deposit indicates an acceptance of these booking conditions by the traveler.
Insurance, Liability and Responsibility
It is essential that the traveler with any medical problems and/or related dietary restrictions make them known to us before the departure. Anti-malaria precautions should be taken, and these are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Any required inoculations must be recorded by the traveler’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the traveler must carry in his/her possession throughout the trip. DaMona will not assume responsibility for the accuracy of any medical information. The traveler should consult his/her doctor or pharmacist prior to trip.
Government Taxes and Park Fees
Any increase in Tanzanian government taxes or park fees affecting the costs included in the trip will be passed through and paid for by the traveler.

- DaMona acts only as agent of the traveler in all matters relating to the trip, transport and hotel/accommodation and shall not be liable for any illness, injury or death of the client or any person named on the booking form.
- The company will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or non- acceptance of reservations. While we do our best to ensure that each program advertised is properly arranged, we have no direct control over services provided by sub-contractors.
- Note, our safari may bring you close to wild animals and most of the safari camps are not fenced and wildlife moves freely in and around the camps. Always follow the safety instructions from the well-trained camp staff or tour guides. DaMona cannot be held responsible for any injury or incident on the trip.
- The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or part of the services agreed upon, as well as change the client’s itinerary should ground conditions such as weather, necessitate.
