DaMona is not responsible for any expenses incurred by traveler in preparing for the trip, including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, special clothing, visa or passport fees, or other trip-related expenses. Insurance, Liability and Responsibility It is a condition of booking that the sole responsibility lies with the traveler to ensure that they carry the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependants and traveling companions for the duration of the trip. DaMona will take no responsibility for any costs for loss of personal luggage, money and goods, medical expenses, theft, DaMona or cancellation or curtailment of the trip. DaMona acts only as a coordinator for the traveler with respect to services provided by underlying operators, including hotels, lodges, tented camps, restaurants, balloons, canoeing, road transport providers, professional guides, air charter services, boating, bush walking, horse safari, trekking and climbing activities. All bookings with DaMona are therefore subject to the limitations of liability imposed by the underlying operators involved in the trip. Payment of a deposit indicates an acceptance of these booking conditions by the traveler. Insurance, Liability and Responsibility It is essential that the traveler with any medical problems and/or related dietary restrictions make them known to us before the departure. Anti-malaria precautions should be taken, and these are the sole responsibility of the traveler. Any required inoculations must be recorded by the traveler’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the traveler must carry in his/her possession throughout the trip. DaMona will not assume responsibility for the accuracy of any medical information. The traveler should consult his/her doctor or pharmacist prior to trip. Government Taxes and Park Fees Any increase in Tanzanian government taxes or park fees affecting the costs included in the trip will be passed through and paid for by the traveler.
